Opened in February, 1998, rednofive was the brainchild of an all-star team of long-time club promoters, owners, designers, researchers and DJs. At a time when Chicagoans were looking for something other than the usual Midwestern dance club redno was conceived to bring Chicago something that it desperately needed - international credibility. Redno marks the first time that a Chicago nightclub has successfully catered to the up-scale "VIP" and industry "urban chic" crowds simultaneously. Ours is a unique place to where the most outgoing...well...go out.Redno was conceived and designed around the desires of our guests...that includes physical attributes such as a truly state-of-the-art sound system and antique crystal chandeliers, to more visceral benefits such as "planting" professional dancers and assembling a hand-picked staff of bartenders, promoters and security -- many of whom have worked with and promoted for us since day one.Our meticulous attention to detail permeates throughout the entire club experience, and is constantly being adjusted and culminates in an off-the-chart "vibe factor".
